How to use

1. Place the  fitting on prepared 3/16 brake line. (end cut square and debured)

2. Loosen the two clamping bolts and slide tube into the die and tighten clamping bolts finger tight.

3. Insert the tube depth set bolt into the dies until fully seated.

4. Tighten the two clamping bolts and remove the depth set bolt.

5. Lubricate the OP1 side of the punch and insert into die until fully seated then remove.

6. Lubricate the OP2 side of the punch and insert into die until fully seated then remove.

7. Loosen the two clamping bolts and inspect flare.

Note

• This tool will only do SAE double flares on 3/16 tube.
• Not recommended for use on stainless steel tube.
