Installation:

1. Cut a 100mm diameter hole in substrate.
2. Smooth down any loose or sharp edges and prime to prevent corrosion
3. Place the rotary vent into the hole, making sure the EPDM UV stable O-ring is making full contact with the substrate. (Adhesive sealant can be applied behind the O-ring to prevent moisture egress).
4. Working inside, select M8 20mm for thickness, 1mm - 1mm & M8 30mm for thickness 12mm - 20mm
5. Working inside, place the bolt through the inner rose vent and screw into the rotary vents stainless steel threaded housing
6. Once bolted in-place, clip the rose vent cover over the inner cover and adjust opening to your requirement.
